To submit an article for publication with this Journal, you are expected to take note of the following points:

• Firstly you have to be registered (to register click "register" on the left menu)
• Make sure you enter all required information during registration and fill in a valid e-mail address; subsequent correspondence will be conducted through it - if necessary. And enter a username and password you will easily remember because they will be required subsequently to monitor the status of article submitted and to submit articles subsequently to us.
• After registration, you can log in with your user name and password in the log in page
• Then follow subsquent instructions

It is also important to note the following:

• The file format of your article to be uploaded must be either in .doc or .rtf format
• Authors from Nigeria are expected to have paid the Reviewers' Fee of N2,000 in the Journal's bank account as given below.

• Authors from other countries are expected to have paid the Reviewers' Fee of $20 in the Journal's domiciliary account with the following details:

• Supply the detail of your payment in the form
• By the time your article has been accepted for publication, local authors will be required to pay a Publication Fee of N5,000 while international authors will pay $60 at the respective Journal's bank accounts stated earlier.
